الوصف

Providing a policy that ensure synchronous online attendance through virtual classrooms is equivalent to regular attendance, considering that the online attendance hours through virtual classrooms is at a minimum of 25% of the course credit hours when providing training in the asynchronous eLearning mode. In the case of blended learning, the same percentage (whether virtual or regular attendance) is calculated for programs that last more than a month. The number of trainees allowed in synchronous virtual classroom in programs that last more than a month is 25 trainees for each instructor, and it can be increased by 25% based on: 1- The training course type 2- Activities and interaction 3- The instructor's experience in providing online training The number of trainees allowed in synchronous virtual classroom in programs that last less than a month is 25 trainees, and it can be increased by 25% based on: (The training course type, activities and interaction and the instructor's experience in providing online training). If the number of enrolled trainees increases between (26-50), instructor assistant should be assigned to the instructor. For numbers above 50 trainees, an assistant instructor is counted for every 50 trainees, and the percentage (25%) is not allowed when the number of trainees exceeds 50. As for asynchronous training in programs of less than a month, there is no upper limit for the number of trainees.
