In partnership with the Authority of People with Disability (APD) and the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), the National eLearning Center (NeLC) hosted a workshop titled "Measuring Satisfaction of Beneficiaries with Disabilities Regarding Communications, Internet, and Digital Platform Services" at its headquarters in Riyadh. The workshop aimed to empower people with disabilities through collaborative efforts, leveraging resources and enablers, and improving the quality of digital services provided to them.
The workshop discussed the key services available in the digital learning sector, as well as opportunities to develop and enhance these services in accordance with international standards and best practices, to improve the overall digital experience for all.
This workshop is part of NeLC’s ongoing efforts to improve and develop the user experience on digital platforms, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes innovation and digital transformation across various sectors.
