The forum was organized by the Hail Region Development Authority in collaboration with the Education Support Association in Hail City.
The NELC was recognized as a key partner in the "Ta’allum" Initiative, a strategic step toward a promising future where Hail Region invests its capabilities to support individuals and families. The initiative highlights inspiring success stories and underscores the importance of investing in human development. The national eLearning platform, "FutureX," contributed by providing the digital infrastructure necessary to enable the initiative to deliver eLearning and training services to beneficiaries, offering pathways to achieve its objectives.
The "Ta’allum Forum" aims to showcase the association’s programs and initiatives that support social security beneficiaries through education and training. The goal is to achieve self-sufficiency and enhance financial and social independence by fostering community partnerships, encouraging more entities to support the initiative, and raising awareness of the programs' impact on target groups. The forum also highlights beneficiaries' success stories and facilitates new partnerships to further the initiative’s objectives.
