The National eLearning Center (NeLC) has suspended the licenses of four institutions starting from the date 26/10/1446 AH due to violations of regulations and standards. This action follows the detection of violations that warranted suspension under the applicable rules and regulations. It is carried out in accordance with Article (12) of the eLearning Regulations, issued by Board of Directors Decision No. (6/17/46) dated 11/05/1446 AH. Additionally, urgent warnings were issued to 76 other programs for committing violations that require immediate corrective action.
NeLC indicated that these institutions will be monitored periodically and continuously to ensure their full compliance with the regulations and standards, aiming to achieve a reliable and safe learning and training experience for all beneficiaries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
NeLC urged all institutions to comply with the regulations to maintain their licensed eLearning and training practice. It also stressed the importance of full adherence to the established regulations by all institutions operating in the sector to ensure the quality of educational outcomes and protect the rights of beneficiaries.
