The National eLearning Center (NeLC) has launched the new edition of the National Digital Learning Indicator 2025–2026, marking

National eLearning Center signed memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the two parties to develop human capabilities in the Ministry and provide eLearning services to enrich the experience of the pilgrims in the Kingdom. The MoU was signed in the presence of the NeLC Director General, Dr. Abdullah Alwalidi and the of the Deputy Minister for Shared Services in the Ministry, Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz AlAwdah.
The MoU aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties in the scientific, learning and training fields and work to achieve joint initiatives between the two parties through qualification to obtain licences in accordance with the NeLC standards, and integration and connectivity with Futurex to provide access to local and global content, in addition to qualifying the Ministry’s eLearning practitioners and specialists in accordance with best practices eLearning, enriching and sharing trusted content through the National Program for Open
This MoU is part of NeLC efforts to enhance cooperation with public, private, and non-profit sectors in scientific fields, promote studies, research, data sharing, and provide consultations in eLearning and technical integration to achieve the desired goals.
