The National eLearning Center (NeLC) has launched the new edition of the National Digital Learning Indicator 2025–2026, marking

The National eLearning Center responded to 166 reports of (Distance\blended) programs in the Kingdom and took actions against 86 violating programs for being unlicensed as per its regulations. Another 80 programs were verified.
The NeLC advises all beneficiaries to ensure that the (Distance\blended) are licensed before registration by visiting the NeLC website to view the licensed programs list to receive trusted and high-quality eLearning services.
In order to ensure the quality of eLearning, enhance the trust in its programs and outcomes, and improve its efficiency, the NeLC urges all eLearning providers to obtain the required licences through the interactive licensing platform that provides easy licensing journey for all government, private and non-profit learning and training institutions.
