The National eLearning Center (NeLC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), at its headquarters in Riyadh, with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), aimed at enhancing human capabilities by enabling eLearning and training within the Authority.
NeLC was represented by Dr. Hajar bin Asfour, Deputy Director General for Empowerment, while the Executive Vice President of Aviation Security, Mr. Mohammed Saad Al-Fawzan, represented GACA.
The memorandum aims to enhance the human capabilities of GACA by enabling eLearning opportunities and training programs aligned with NeLC’s licensing standards. It also supports professional development through providing certificates, and building flexible learning pathways via FutureX platform, in addition to collaboration in studies, research, and data sharing, and enhancing participation in open educational content. The agreement also includes supporting initiatives that contribute to improving the efficiency of training and professional development, and advance the transition to digital learning.
