In collaboration with the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) , the National eLearning Center (NeLC) launched an eLearning platform through FutureX, as part of the Expenditure Efficiency Forum, under the patronage of H.E. Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Authority, Mr. Mohammed Al-Jadaan.
The platform aims to develop the skills of government employees and equip them with the capabilities to contribute to achieving expenditure efficiency within governmentinstitutions , enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of government procurement processes, improve the quality of projects, assets, and facilities, as well as the planning of infrastructure, programs, initiatives, and operational processes. Additionally, it seeks to develop policies, systems, and methodologies, and qualify national workforce capabilities.
The platform includes several key tracks, such as planning and project management, facilities and asset management, government procurement efficiency, regional capabilities development, and government spending efficiency. These tracks will, in turn, contribute to strengthening and developing human capabilities in expenditure efficiency and government projects, improving efficiency and quality, and achieving sustainability in financial and administrative sectors, in alignment with the goals and aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.
It is worth mentioning that FutureX, is one of NeLC’s initiatives aimed at developing the eLearning industry in the Kingdom. This is achieved through integration governance, enhancing shared economy, and providing diverse learning opportunities for everyone, to keep pace with the future. FutureX offers a comprehensive eLearning ecosystem focused on empowering various institutions and providing numerous services and initiatives to achieve integration within the ecosystem through both local and global partnerships.
