The center also maintains the privacy of all personal data, as this information is not exploited or used for any other (illegal) purpose except in legal cases that the system requires to be disclosed.

Regarding personal data provided to the National Center for e-Learning by third parties, the center uses this information in many ways to provide educational services and improve the quality of education. As a user of the platform, you can log in through the National Unified Portal for Government Services (Nafad) to access and change your personal information by editing your profile page. The center also makes every effort to preserve your privacy and security by verifying your identity when you use our system. It is important to take into consideration that the center has the right to share information with the authorities according to the laws and regulations and without referring to the parties.

The National Center for e-Learning has the right to exchange your data and information to a third party within the limits of sending introductory, awareness and educational messages etc. An example of this, but not limited to, is the sent messages of certificates or courses and other similar things for the analysis purposes. The center is committed to manage the information and data that is collected through the platform in a responsible manner. The center will not sell or trade your personal information.
