The National Center for e-Learning applies cyber security standardThe National Center for e-Learning is committed to the responsibility of processing information, protecting and collecting data through your use of the platform to provide educational services. The center also maintains the privacy of all personal data, as this information is not exploited or used for any other (illegal) purpose except in legal cases that the system requires to be disclosed.

It includes data on the status of beneficiaries of the platform services.

Regarding personal data provided to the National Center for e-Learning by third parties, the center uses this information in many ways to provide educational services and improve the quality of education. As a user of the platform, you can log in through the National Unified Portal for Government Services (Nafad) to access and change your personal information by editing your profile page. The center also makes every effort to preserve your privacy and security by verifying your identity when you use our system. It is important to take into consideration that the center has the right to share information with the authorities according to the laws and regulations and without referring to the parties.

Cookies

When you visit the platform, it may send one or more cookies to your computer. A cookie is a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters used to uniquely identify your browser and help you access and browse websites faster. The National Center for e-Learning has the right to exchange your data and information to a third party within the limits of sending introductory, awareness and educational messages etc. An example of this, but not limited to, is the sent messages of certificates or courses and other similar things for the analysis purposes. The center is committed to manage the information and data that is collected through the platform in a responsible manner. The center will not sell or trade your personal information. You agree that the center may access, retain and disclose any information or content you provide if it is required to do so by law or when the center believes in good faith that such access, retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

 (1) comply with legal process;

 (2) enforce this agreement;

 (3) respond to claims that any content infringes the rights of third parties;

 (4) respond to your requests to receive the service; (5) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the private and public platform users.

The National Center for e-Learning does not have the right to operate or monitor them and is not responsible for the privacy policies or procedures of such websites. The privacy policies and procedures of these websites may differ from our privacy policies and procedures.
