eLearning Innovation Award aims to improve the quality of eLearning programs, stimulate innovation by distinguishing the best solutions and practices in the sector, and recognize the efforts in adopting eLearning and human capability development.
The award is consists of 3 tracks: excellence, innovation, and impact. The Award of Excellence is for the institutions which rigorously apply the criteria for excellence in their licensed programs by NeLC, while the Innovation Award is given to institutions of innovative technologies and practices in eLearning sector, and the Impact Award is given to the most effective and efficient institutions in human capability development and implementing the eLearning initiatives.
Those tracks are outlined due to its strategic importance in enhancing trust in eLearning, enabling opportunities for lifelong learning for all, and leading sustainable innovation according to the best international practices to achieve the equity, empowerment and development in the ecosystem.
The award is an effective driver of excellence and innovation in human capability development, through its contribution to promote eLearning, its support to Kingdom’s directions to lead innovation globally, and maximize its effective role in research and development to achieve a prestigious position globally, which supports previous achievements in innovation through eLearning in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The award targets all government, private and non-profit sectors institutions which are applicable to conditions and standards for each track, . The registration is open until Aug 22, 2023.
