The National eLearning Center participated at Binan 2023 in the E-commerce Council’s pavilion to introduce services and initiatives provided for the eLearning sector in Saudi Arabia. The event was organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at), at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Convention Center on 9-13 March 2023. During the event, the role of NeLC in supporting the expansion in e-commerce through eLearning was highlighted. The exhibition presented the most prominent international practices in the field of e-commerce. It also contributed to attracting innovative businesses.
NeLC showcased its most outstanding achievements at the sector through interactive platforms provided for the visitors to explore its services and initiatives, e.g., FutureX, OERx, ASAS, qualification, licensing, research and consulting and many others in the industry.
The exhibition was attended by more than 145,000 visitors and participants, including several institutions from different sectors. During the event, a joint initiative between the e-commerce and NeLC was launched under the patronage of H.E. Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid Alqasabi, for qualifying national human capabilities in e-commerce through FutureX platform. This initiative aims to provide training programs and pathways to qualify citizens and develop their skills in e-commerce through obtaining professional certificates from leading international universities and institutions.
Notably, Biban 2023 is set to promote communication between entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises and from all over the world to encourage providing services that contribute to the development and prosperity of entrepreneurship as well as small and medium enterprises.
