The National eLearning Center (NeLC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) on Monday, 26 January 2026, in Riyadh to leverage Shared Digital Educational Resources through the national eLearning platform, FutureX.
The MoU was signed by NeLC's Director General, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Waleedi, and Adaa's Director General, Eng. Rashed bin Abdullah Al-Qaoud.
The MoU enables Adaa to access a range of shared digital educational resources, including a reusable eLearning content repository, open educational resources, subscriptions to local and international courses, microsites, online credentials, and eLearning AI tools, delivered via FutureX platform which currently serves more than 3,500,000 beneficiaries across the public sector.
The signing of this MoU aligns with NeLC's efforts to build strategic partnerships with various sectors and institutions, aiming to accelerate digital transformation in learning and training, and establish a collaborative, agile ecosystem that responds rapidly to the evolving changing needs of the labor market locally and globally.
