The National eLearning Center (NeLC) announced a strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and Oracle to launch the training program "Mustaqbali" via the National eLearning Platform, FutureX.  The initiative aims to equip 50,000 Saudi citizens with cutting-edge AI and digital technology skills, a significant step toward enhancing national capabilities in modern technical fields.

This collaboration seeks to qualify and develop national talents, preparing them for high-demand future jobs in the technology sector. It also supports the digital transformation efforts of Saudi institutions by providing them with qualified local professionals.

The "Mustaqbali" program will be offered to Saudi citizens across different educational and professional stages, from recent graduates to experienced professionals, with a special focus on empowering women and supporting youth at the start of their careers.

Dr. Hajar bin Asfoor, Deputy Director General for Empowerment at NeLC, emphasized the importance of this integration with MCIT and Oracle in accelerating the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 goals. She noted that launching the "Mustaqbali" program via FutureX will strengthen efforts to empower young men and women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provide them with opportunities to develop their skills in AI and advanced technologies.

It is worth mentioning that the "Mustaqbali" program offers trainees the opportunity to earn professional certificates and digital badges that demonstrate their readiness for specialized roles. This will facilitate employer recognition of outstanding talent and enhance employment opportunities within Saudi.
