Director General of the National eLearning Center (NeLC), Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Walidi, welcomed the President of Al-Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, and his accompanying delegation during an official visit to NeLC.
