Signing a memorandum of understanding with the Hail Region Development Authority

The National eLearning Center signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hail Region Development Authority. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of His Excellency the Director General of NeLC, Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Walidi, and His Excellency the CEO of the Hail Region Development Authority, Mr. Omar bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Jabbar

The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation between the two sides to develop human capabilities in Hail region, enable the shift towards e-learning and training, share data, implement a number of joint initiatives and projects, and conduct research and studies related to e-learning.
