2.2 Interaction

الوصف

Defining a technical mechanism that enables the stakeholders to measure the trainee's engagement with the e-content and their interaction with their colleagues and the instructor to obtain the highest learning level. Technologies that collect and analyse big data automatically should also be used to enable all stakeholders to know the interaction and engagement of the trainee in the online training environment.

2.3 Equity and Accessibility

Determining the minimum knowledge and skills that the trainee must have to be able to train in the eLearning mode. A minimum level of knowledge and skills should be determined for the instructor to be able to train in eLearning mode.

Providing appropriate tools for measuring training objectives, with the aim of knowing the degree to which training objectives are being achieved accurately and effectively.
