- Encourage Active Participation: Provide interactive tools and mechanisms that enable beneficiaries to actively engage in decision-making.
- Maintain Continuous Communication: Establish direct communication channels that enable beneficiaries to connect with NeLC and continuously share their feedback.

NeLC follows the National eParticipation Controls issued by the Digital Government Authority.

eParticipation Process
First, Topic Announcement:
NeLC publishes topics for public input in decision making via:
- Online portal.
- X platform.
Second, Collecting eParticipation:
- When a topic is announced, you can share your opinion according to the controls and conditions mentioned below.
- NeLC closes submissions after the deadline.
Third, Feedback Analysis:
Submissions are reviewed and analyzed, with relevant contributions informing decision-making and policy development.
Fourth, Decision Announcement:
NeLC announces decisions on the topic page, including responses to key contributions where possible.
eParticipation Guidelines
Responsible Institution
NeLC manages portal content, reviews community contributions, and shares insights with decision-makers to ensure quality and enhance the level of dialogue to achieve the desired goals. NeLC reserves the right to withhold or delete content that violates its policies or Saudi law.

The topics are submitted by various departments of NeLC to the responsible body for review and preparation for presentation to the targeted groups. Additionally, the department responsible for each topic is tasked with informing the responsible body of the final decision once it has been made.
