Technical integration include enabling REGA to shift towards eLearning by building eContent in various real estate activities to contribute in spending efficiency, and provides the Saudi Real Estate Institute with a microsite through the National eLearning Platform "FutureX" to prepare and qualify real estate practitioners to meet the changing labor market needs, More than 20,000 practitioners have been trained in real estate brokerage, real estate marketing and online real estate marketing in line with the latest practices in the sector, thus contributing to ensure its quality and improve the effectiveness of its outcomes. FutureX is one of NeLC’s initiatives to enable the eLearning sector in the Kingdom, as it serves the government, private and non-profit sectors, in accordance with a governance aimed at integration with all sectors; To build a sustainable education system, with a variety of learning opportunities that match the future needs, and enable access to learning and training courses and programs in universities and leading local and global learning platforms.
NeLC and the REGA have signed a memorandum of understanding to build a strategic partnership to keep pace with developments and changes in the Saudi labor market through enhanced collaboration in research and consulting, enrichment of real estate learning content in the National Open Educational Content Program; To promote and share trusted digital content, and to achieve the objectives of the Human Capability Development Program.
