The primary objective of implementing UDL guidelines is to give trainees the opportunity to meet their training needs by creating the appropriate training environment for trainees to become learning experts rather than recipients. The objective of applying these standards is also to enable the trainees to assess their training needs while developing their ability to self-evaluate their learning progress by themselves rather than being evaluated by the trainer.
