  • Held multiple technical and operational positions at Tatweer Educational Company, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the Ministry of Education.
  • Established digital content development departments in several institutions.
  • Member of numerous committees related to his field of expertise.
  • Over 25 years of experience in eLearning, educational and training content development, and building and developing educational systems.
  • Worked across all sectors of education and training, including K-12, higher education, and both public and private sector training.
  • Member of the Advisory Committee for the Master’s Program in Educational Technology at King Saud University (KSU).

Achievements

  • Conducted several studies in eLearning, including " An analysis of the Extent to which E-Learning Supports Effective Learning (and Teaching) in Saudi Arabian Primary Schools"
  • Developed and established standards, guidelines, and policies in eLearning and its governance in K-12 and higher education.
  • Developed many educational and training systems and applications (Almaarefa Portal, Ien Portal, eSupervision, Droob Platform, Ien Quran, and others).
  • Developed the "Mumaken" program and the "Maharat" program for training job seekers and employed individuals.
  • Contributed to the development of computer science curricula in K-12.
  • Contributed to the project of introducing computer science to elementary and middle school
