The certificate represents a recognition of the holder’s ability to control the quality of e-learning by developing the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate the entire e-learning system or parts of it. In addition, it facilitates implementing the necessary changes to ensure that teachers and learners obtain an e-learning experience that meets quality standards in e-learning.

  1. Assessing and analyzing the digital learning environment.
  2. Identifying and managing risks in the digital learning environment and proposing appropriate solutions.

  4. Reviewing and improving strategic and operational plans to ensure the sustainability and development of the digital learning environment.

Eligibility Requirements

Obtaining any of the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience in supervisory, managerial or leadership roles including Make decisions regarding education or training.

The service is available from Sunday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Response time is immediate.
