The division also provides research and consultancy, seeks recognition for all modes of eLearning, and leads continuous improvement across operations and procedures. Additionally, it ensures the highest standards of information protection and security.
Mandate
- Formulate comprehensive strategies, annual plans, and strategic initiatives aligned with national vision.

02. Empowerment Division
Overview

It also manages digital educational content and oversees NeLC platforms while leading digital transformation initiatives.
