NELC signs a Memorandum of Agreement with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties

The National eLearning Center (NELC) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties to cooperate in online learning and online training fields, and in licensing online learning and online training services, online programs, in addition to learning platforms and activities. The agreement was signed by the Director General of NELC Dr. Abdullah Bin Muhammed Alwalidi and the Secretary General of SCFHS Dr. Ayman Bin Asaad Abdu. 

 

The agreement aims at strengthening cooperation and integration between both parties in licensing of online learning and online training programs, platforms, and other related activities for the continuous professional development, consulting, distributing the national indicators related to online learning and online training in the health sector, and all other services provided by NELC in relation to online learning and online training.

 

The signing of this agreement is part of the partnership initiative between the NELC and the various government, private and non-profit entities, as NELC is the mandated entity for issuing online learning and online training licenses to different educational and training institutions in allsectors. This is in line with the mandates of the NELC in regulating and governing online learning and online training in Saudi Arabia.
